Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to every King IPTV subscription, free trial and use of the King IPTV player. Please read them before ordering. By ordering a plan or requesting a trial, you accept these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. What the service is

King IPTV provides access to an IPTV player for compatible devices. The player lets you open and browse playlists and IPTV service logins that you supply. King IPTV does not sell, host, stream, supply or license any television channels, films, series, sports events or other content. Any content you watch comes from sources you add yourself.

3. Who can subscribe

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.

4. Content sources and acceptable use

You may only use the player with playlists, streams and service logins that you are legally entitled to access. You must not use King IPTV to access, share or redistribute content without the permission of the rights holder, to break any law, to interfere with the service or other users, to reverse engineer the player except where the law allows it, or to resell or share your subscription. We may suspend or end a subscription that breaks this section.

5. Orders and payment

Plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page in US dollars. Orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp; no payment is taken on this website. The price agreed in WhatsApp is the full price for the plan. Accepted payment methods are confirmed in the chat before you pay. Your subscription starts when we confirm activation. Each subscription can be used on one device.

6. Plan length and renewal

Each plan lasts for the period you choose (3, 6, 12 or 24 months). Plans do not renew automatically. To continue after your plan ends, place a new order.

7. Free trials

Free trials are offered at our discretion, subject to availability. Trial length: [Trial length]. Eligibility: [Trial eligibility rules]. A trial gives access to the player only and ends automatically; nothing is charged when it ends.

8. Compatibility and availability

We list the device types the player supports, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every model, software version or network. Performance depends on your device, your internet connection and the sources you add, which are outside our control. We aim to keep the player available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may carry out maintenance or updates.

9. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

The King IPTV name, logo, website and player software belong to King IPTV or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the player for the plan length. Other names and trademarks mentioned on our website belong to their owners; their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, with notice where reasonable, if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service. If we end a subscription for reasons that are not your fault, we will offer a pro-rated refund for the unused period.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, King IPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for content provided by third-party sources, or for problems caused by your device, network or sources. Our total liability for any claim relating to a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for, unless the law requires them.

14. Support and disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first on WhatsApp or by email; most issues can be solved quickly that way. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may have the right to use an alternative dispute-resolution service or the courts, as described below.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by [Governing law, e.g. the laws of a named country or state]. Disputes are subject to [Courts with jurisdiction]. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
